Project Administrator (good at English and Vietnamese)
Working location: 145-147 Nguyen Co Thach, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City (hybrid)
Working days: Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative functions of projects
You will be assisting our Project Managers and other Project Administrators in overseeing the entire administrative aspect of projects.
- Liaise with consultants and stakeholders to define outcomes and timelines
- Manage and monitor resource calendar
- Coordinate meetings, and resource bookings and take minutes
- Collect, manage and analyse project data, reports, timesheets, finance billings, etc.
- Manage and prepare all necessary documentation
- Monitor and promptly report potential risks to the Project Manager
What do you need to excel in this role?
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Project Management or similar
- Proficient in both English and Vietnamese
- 1+ years' experience in project admin (preferably with tech projects)
- Proficient in Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- MS Project skill is a MUST
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Result & detail-oriented
- Planning & monitoring skills
- Good presentation skills
- Multi-tasking & teamwork
- Experienced working in multinational enterprises is an advantage
- Carefulness, team spirit and a service-oriented mindset
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
