Responsibilities

• Take on the role of a Technical Consultant, responsible for ERP and IT solution delivery, including gathering technical requirements, implementing ERP systems, integrating APIs, performing data migrations, customizing dashboards, optimizing system performance, and providing post-delivery support to clients.
• Ensure business continuity 24x7 by maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, networking, etc.
• Perform service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, incident & problem management, and change management for IT infrastructure topics.
• Responsible for IT infrastructure capacity planning, budgeting, project management, and IT asset management.
• Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to ensure system resilience and uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for responsible services, ensuring enhanced performance and security.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or system administration.
• Background in IT infrastructure: including servers, databases, and networking or IT security.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and API integration concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Certification in infrastructure, networking, or AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience in implementing, supporting, or integrating ERP systems (e.g. Infor SunSystems, SAP, Oracle,...) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or C#) for customizations; integrations; or automation scripts is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage.
