Position overview

Our mission is to ensure our clients always function smoothly, efficiently without running into any technical issues. But errors do occur. That's when you come in and save the day.

As a Technical Support, you are representing our TRG brand when working with clients. Therefore, a strong customer service background is highly favourable as you will act as the initial point of contact for any queries, concerns, problems associated with software and systems.

The majority of your time will be dedicated to diagnosing problems experienced by our clients, troubleshooting and assisting them to overcome those challenges. The rest will be divided into writing procedural documents for both internal and external use and obtaining knowledge about TRG's software, services, tools to better respond and advise clients.

What does a successful Technical Support look like?

Master of software and operating systems with strong logical, analytical and critical thinking

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to platform, software functionality, configuration, and data
  • Manage installation sources, services packs and patches provided by our software vendor and partner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates
  • Design and/ or provide support in creating training materials and procedural documentation

A client-centric mind and always on a lookout for better, more innovative ways to support customers

  • Respond promptly to customers queries and feedback
  • Communicate with customers to get to the root cause of their problems
  • Diligently walk customers through a series of actions to resolve issues and advise improvements
  • Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are fixed

What you need

  • An infinitely curious and open mind
  • A passion to learn and grow
  • Adoption of our core values
  • Knowledge of SQL (.NET) and latest IT trends
  • Excellent communication skill (both verbal and written) combined with the ability to work well with people
  • Strong logical, problem-solving, and organisation skills 
  • Relevant experience working as an Application Consultant or was an end-user of our solutions is a big plus
