Position Overview
This role strengthens the front end of our sales pipeline by supporting Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and the Pre-Sales function. You will help qualify leads, prepare technical and commercial materials, and ensure smooth coordination between Marketing, Sales, and Solution Teams. Your work directly influences conversion rates and pipeline quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Pipeline Support
Process, clean, and segment lead databases to improve pipeline accuracy.
Support inbound and outbound lead qualification through calls, emails, and social outreach.
Research target accounts, decision-makers, and market intelligence to strengthen BDR outreach strategies.
Coordinate meeting scheduling and calendar management for BDRs and Pre-Sales Engineers.
Pre-Sales Assistance
Gather preliminary client requirements, business pain points, and technical context.
Prepare standardized pre-sales materials (presentations, product sheets, comparison tables).
Assist in drafting proposals, quotes, and solution summaries under supervision.
Support license renewal coordination and follow-up with clients.
Maintain documentation of client needs, use cases, and opportunity details in CRM.
Sales Operations & CRM
Update CRM records, opportunity stages, and client activity logs.
Generate weekly performance and pipeline status reports.
Trace contract progress and ensure documentation accuracy.
Identify gaps and suggest improvements to Sales SOPs and workflows.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to align messaging and improve lead handoff quality.
Coordinate with domestic and international vendors for quotations, product details, and renewal cases.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate technical and business inputs for client discussions.
Job Requirements
Core Skills
English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL iBT 93 / TOEIC 800+.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); Excel familiarity preferred.
Ability to summarize information clearly and logically.
Mindset & Performance Traits
Proactive, curious, and comfortable learning new tools or technical concepts.
Able to balance independent work with collaboration.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing shifting priorities.
Results-driven with strong time management and follow-through.
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Basic understanding of B2B IT concepts or SaaS industry trends.
