Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Lead Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams in generating high-quality leads and expanding our outreach efforts. This position combines elements of business development, data research, and cold outreach to identify and engage potential clients within our target markets.
This is a temporary position with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent full-time role based on performance and business needs after 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Research and Data Collection: Identify potential prospects through online research, social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), and industry databases.
 
- Contact Sourcing: Build accurate and well-organized lists of leads that align with our ideal customer profile.
 
- Outbound Communication: Conduct cold outreach via emails and social channels to introduce our company and solutions.
 
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect fit and readiness for further engagement, qualifying leads according to defined criteria before handing them over to the sales team.
 
- CRM Management: Log all interactions, update contact information, and maintain lead data accuracy in HubSpot, FreshSales, or other CRM tools.
 
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to optimize outreach strategies, refine messaging, and enhance lead conversion.
 
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed activity and lead qualification targets as defined by management.
 
Qualifications 
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles. (Experience in SaaS or B2B industries is an advantage.)
 
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Both English and Vietnamese.
 
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred and FreshSales), LinkedIn and relevant data sourcing apps (i.e. SalesQL, Clay, Apollo), and basic data management tools (Excel).
 
- Research Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify relevant business opportunities through online research.
 
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 
- Mindset: Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
