Position Overview

Are you ready to take your consulting career to the next level by working on exciting software implementation projects across borders?

At TRG International, we are looking for experienced freelance consultants to join our pool of experts. As a Freelance Application Consultant, you will support our clients’ digital transformation journeys by implementing enterprise software solutions, providing consulting expertise, and ensuring smooth post-implementation support.

This is a project-based freelance role, offering flexibility to work remotely and opportunities to collaborate with international clients.

Key Performance Objectives (KPOs) – What Success Looks Like

1. Pre-sales Consultation

• Collaborate with our sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

• Within the first month of each project, engage stakeholders to map business requirements into a clear solution design.

• Deliver a solution proposal that receives at least an 80%+ satisfaction rating in internal peer/client review.

2. Implementation Delivery

• Successfully configure and deploy assigned systems/modules within agreed timelines.

• Achieve at least 90% of project milestones on schedule without rework.

3. Data Migration & Quality Assurance

• Lead or support data migration activities ensuring 95%+ accuracy after reconciliation.

• Facilitate at least one user acceptance test (UAT) cycle with <10% defect rate.

4. Training & End-User Enablement

• Deliver structured training sessions in Thai, tailored to client needs, ensuring at least 90% of participants report increased confidence in using the system.

• Provide training materials (guides, FAQs, documentation) in both Thai and English, aligned with the client’s context.

• Ensure SunSystems project users are fully equipped to operate independently post-training.

5. Post-Go-Live Support

• Resolve 80%+ of post-go-live support tickets within SLA.

• Proactively suggest improvement ideas for the project that reduce recurring issues.

6. Collaboration & Communication

• Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients, ensuring no missed updates.

• Receive positive feedback from peers/clients on teamwork and professionalism in at least 80% of post-project evaluations.

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation consulting (ERP, accounting systems, or similar solutions).

• Proven ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) to work with international clients.

• Fluent Thai speaking skills (written and spoken) are required, with strong English proficiency.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Independent, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced project environments.

• Willingness to take on assignments outside of Thailand if required.

Contract & Engagement Terms

• Type: Freelance / Project-based contract.

• Duration: Depends on project scope (short-term or long-term assignments possible).

• Engagement model: Remote or hybrid depending on client/project needs.

• Payment: Competitive project-based or hourly rates, negotiated individually.

• Start date: Flexible, based on project availability

• Scheduling: Engagements will be planned in advance with project timelines clearly communicated. In cases where consultants have other commitments, flexibility and transparent discussion will be required to align availability with project needs.
