What does a successful Project Manager at TRG International look like?

• Lead and evaluate projects and personnel, including the creation and management of project timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Identify resource and equipment requirements and strive to maximize resource utilization
• Meet and cooperate with internal & external stakeholders to define milestones, targets, and deliverables
• Actively seek to mitigate risks, problems, and issues throughout the project
• Set up and Initiation Projects in TRG's system based on Standard
• Keep track of project progress and report to stakeholders.
• Negotiate change orders and control well on scoping
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors

What do you need to succeed in the Project Manager role?

• Bachelor/master's degree (preferable in IT/Software/Computing/MIS field)
• Proven experience in managing software implementation projects from initiation to closure (preferably 2-5 years of relevant experience)
• PRINCE2, IPMA or PMI certified, or relevant certifications are highly favorable
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through with deadlines/ projects simultaneously under minimal supervision
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels
• Ability to establish rapport with people inside and outside the organization
• Result-orientation & strong analytical capabilities coupled with a sensitivity to cultural differences
• Leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Vietnamese
