Position Overview
As an Academy Product Specialist at TRG Academy, you will be pivotal in developing and delivering high-quality online training courses related to Infor and TRG's products and solutions. You will be responsible for researching, documenting, and creating engaging course content that effectively conveys complex technical information to our end-user learners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Course Development and Content Creation (40%)
- Oversee course development from planning to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Create high-quality course collateral (slides, handouts, quizzes, etc.)
- Coordinate script creation with subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive course scripts are created, outlining learning objectives, content, and delivery methods.
- Monitor the editing process of course materials, ensuring alignment with approved scripts and maintaining consistency and clarity across all content.
- Facilitate the setup and configuration of demo environments against course scenarios to support effective course development and testing.
2. Quality Assurance (40%)
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure course content's accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness
- Oversee the incorporation of audio and visual elements, working with the production team to enhance course engagement and understanding.
- Manage subtitles review and addition
- Manage course interfaces, interactive elements supplementing the course, and additional course materials to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
3. Research and Documentation (10%)
- Conduct in-depth research on Infor and TRG's products and solutions, including SunSystems 6x + SunSystems Cloud, Infor OS, Infor EPM, Q&A, TEBIS, Yooz, and more. Gather and document relevant data to support course development
4. Project Management and Collaboration (10%)
- Monitor and manage production progress, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Delivery departments to exchange relevant information and ensure course alignment
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your line manager or department head
Qualifications
- Have working experience relating to at least 1 ERP or financial & accounting software (Odoo, Misa, Lemontree, Fast, Effect, SAP, Exact, Oracle,...)
- A quick learner of new technologies with a self-starting approach to mastering industry-specific tools and systems
- Prior experience in instructional design, content development, or technical writing is beneficial
- Familiarity with authoring tools and learning management systems is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A team player with good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
