As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization by professionally running a dynamic team to drive revenue growth. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of our solutions and the ability to align them with clients' business goals. The perfect match for this position possesses strong communication skills, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Working mode: Remote Work (traveling is required based on work demand)
What does a successful Senior Account Manager at TRG International look like?
- Explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
- Drive demand for consulting or related services across functions by engaging with the client's executives, sales team leaders, and service line practitioners.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and tactics across the services array, surpassing sales goals.
- Working with the Sales Director to develop the sales strategy and tactics, from initial identification through closure, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and local legislation.
- Collaborate throughout the organization with the Delivery and Marketing team to develop innovative strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with business development and sales team leaders to devise pursuit strategies, win themes, solution architecture, and commercial models for target market strategies and solutions.
- Target and build a pipeline with prospective clients aligned with the assigned market profile for targeted solutions.
- Build credibility and relationships with clients by demonstrating expertise in TRG solutions relevant to various business issues.
- Identify opportunities for technology reselling and coordinate with related departments to ensure project success.
- Separate the roles of selling and account management, focusing on upselling and problem-solving, with an emphasis on solution-oriented approaches for both new business and new markets.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 10+ years within solution selling in a business environment, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience in selling mainstream ERP solutions and cloud-based solutions is a plus
- Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated leadership expertise.
- Ability to work as a team player and team facilitator.
- A strong intercompany communicator across multiple departments
- Track records in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to achieve sales objectives.
