Talent Acquisition Specialist (good at both English and Vietnamese)
POSITION OVERVIEW
Working time: Monday to Friday
Working location: 145 – 147 Nguyen Co Thach, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City
Working mode: On-site (with flexibility to work hybrid)
TRG is a market-leading global professional services firm focused on delivering IT solutions and consulting services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
This position requires a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment, intern management, and employer branding activities to support our company's growth and success. You will receive lots of support from our HR team and HR tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Full-cycle recruitment:
Performing tasks that require attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, all to serve the purpose of finding and placing the right people in the right jobs, whether they are full-time employees, interns or freelancers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize hiring requests and define needs
Coordinate interdepartmentally to create appealing job ads for various channels
Engage with candidates through multiple digital and communication platforms
Source, select, and interview suitable candidates from various channels with the support of our ATS, pre-hire assessments, video screening, etc.
Present offers to qualify candidates
Maintain connections with job board agencies and recruitment agencies (both local and international ones)
Expand the talent pool with both active and passive candidates.
2. Intern management:
TRG International's internship program is important to our operations, with 30-45 interns hired every quarter across 10+ departments. Our program attracts both local and international interns, and we consistently receive positive testimonials from past participants. You will:
Coordinate the recruitment of interns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all participants
Add new local and international internship partners each year and work closely with them to identify potential candidates and facilitate the selection process
Represent TRG International at career fairs and other networking events to promote internship opportunities and attract top talent.
3. Employer branding initiatives:

Propose improvements to fine-tune our talent management strategy
Collaborate cross-departmentally (especially with the Marketing team) to bring employer branding initiatives to life (job ads, videos, testimonials, etc.)
Utilize diverse channels to promote openings, engage candidates, and regularly assess and adapt branding strategies
REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally with international solutions/service companies
Experience and excitement about hiring and taking care of interns, not just full-time employees
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (preferably with English language proficiency of 7.0 IELTS)
Ability to quickly adapt and utilize our technological tools and platforms for recruitment and general HR
Well-organised manner and good sense of prioritisation
