General Accountant
Position Overview
There is no denying the importance of a General Accountant to a business. At TRG, you are one of the key players in our very vital department.
You play an important role in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all financial documents and interpreting them to help us make timely and informed decisions through financial reports that are compliant with the latest laws and regulations.
Thus, we believe you possess a high level of integrity and honesty and are a professional when handling confidential data of both TRG and our clients.
What does a successful General Accountant look like?
- Manage all Taxation declarations and finalisation (CIT, PIT, VAT, FCT, others) as well as other reports to various Government Departments
- Coordinate and complete annual audits with local audits
- Prepare the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and relevant reports
- Prepare and control the Consolidation report
- Work on the Transfer Pricing report
- Review the work of other accountants in the team to ensure financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations, and all transactions are recorded timely and accurately
- Perform relevant tasks upon the manager's requests and support Junior accountants
What you need
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a major in Finance – Accounting
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to catch up with new systems quickly and solid experience in using spreadsheets or accounting software
- High level of work ethic, accuracy, and responsibility
- Proactiveness and the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and high attention to details
- Solid knowledge in Accounting, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Strong at speaking and writing in English
