As an Application Support Consultant, you are representing our TRG brand when working with clients. Therefore, a strong customer service background is highly favourable as you will act as the initial point of contact for any queries, concerns, problems associated with software and systems.

You will be diagnosing problems experienced by our clients, troubleshooting and assisting them to overcome those challenges. When not assisting customers, your time is dedicated to writing procedural documents for both internal and external use and deepening knowledge about TRG's software, services, tools to better respond and advise clients.

What does a successful Sunsystems Support Consultant look like?

You will be supporting customers using a variety of tools (email, chat, Zoom / teams even a telephone) to troubleshoot queries regarding software errors, software usage, or any difficulties in the day to day use of applications. Whilst keeping customers happy, you also need to ensure all works comply with the Service Level Agreement.

  • Respond promptly to customers queries and feedback
  • Communicate with customers to get to the root cause of their problems
  • Cooperate with other departments to resolve application defect issues and escalate advanced requests
  • Diligently walk customers through a series of actions to resolve issues and advise improvements
  • Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are fixed
  • Cooperate with other departments to deliver managed services
  • Document user problems using TRG’s online support management system
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of TRG’s products

  • Relevant knowledge in Accounting/ Finance and experience working as an Application Consultant or was an end-user of our solutions is a big plus
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
