Position overview

You are a vital contributor, a key player, an initial point of contact that follows our entire sales cycle from start to finish. You are the sanity check on the Salesperson/ AM, so we don’t over promise and overselling.

You also drive delivery and ensure the internal team always stays updated on any changing requirements, sudden queries, or unexpected issues.

Additionally, you collaborate and connect customers with other teams within TRG to ensure successful software deliveries, for instance, delivering sales messages to the Software Development team or requesting materials from the Marketing team.

What does a successful Pre-sales Consultant look like?

You play a critical role in connecting our internal technical team and the customers and ensure successful implementation projects. You provide our consultations with detailed and accurate insights into the challenges and expectations that our customers are facing. At the same time, you present to customers the best possible solutions that can be done by our team.

  • Uncover business problems
  • Acquire and examine customer needs and requirements and link them to a set of Infor products/ solutions
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and Application Consultants to prepare software presentation and demonstration
  • Define detail project implementation plans
  • Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof Of Concepts
  • Respond to tenders, requests for information/ proposals regarding products/ solutions

  • Proven experience selling, implementing, and/or using enterprise software
  • Solid technical knowledge in enterprise applications, programming, middleware, relational database technology, etc.
  • A self-motivated professional who can work under pressure 
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Highly adaptable with a high level of negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
