1. Job Requirements:
- 1+ Years experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house) ideally with a focus on software engineering or product roles
- Well organised and tech savvy, you are able to prioritise your workload in order to get to the most important things first
- A strong communicator, you are able to present a compelling story no matter what medium
- Always looking to improve upon existing methods and comfortable taking a data-driven approach to building a case for change
- An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
