Position overview

Project implementation is not a one-person job; it is a collective effort. On that same note, projects are notorious for unexpected changes and loads of clerical tasks. This is where you come in as a Project Administrator to keep the house under control and well organised.

Just like the name implies, you will be responsible for the administrative aspect associated with the project, such as analysing risks and opportunities, gathering necessary documents, preparing action plans and reports, liaise with other members and more.

You will be collaborating with different stakeholders, so good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Ultimately, you will ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

What does a successful Project Administrator look like?


Manage daily administrative functions of projects

You will be assisting our Project Managers and other Project Administrators in overseeing the entire administrative aspect of projects.

  • Liaise with consultants and stakeholders to define outcomes and timelines
  • Manage and monitor resource calendar
  • Coordinate meetings, resource bookings and take minutes
  • Collect, manage and analyse project data, reports, timesheets, finance billings, etc.
  • Manage and prepare all necessary documentation
  • Monitor and promptly report potential risks to the Project Manager
