Position overview

As a Customer Service Executive, you are representing our TRG brand. You will act as a liaison, a contact point for any issues and requests from clients.

You love to work with people and try your best to accommodate every call for support. Thus, communication skill, patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset are critical elements to help you succeed in this role.

You will be exposed to endless opportunities to work directly with clients both in-person and virtually. You will also collaborate with our team of Consultants, the experts in charge of implementing software for our clients, as well as our suppliers and vendors.

What does a successful Customer Service Executive look like?

Customer Care

You act as the initial point of contact for every incoming inquiry, feedback, and support request from clients. Thus, as a customer-oriented person, you deliver the highest quality customer services and ensure every client is accommodated and satisfied.

  • Promptly resolve incoming inquiries
  • Escalate requests to proper staff in charge
  • Follow up on activities and inquiries to ensure problems are fully resolved
  • Keep records of all activities in our Customer Service system
  • Coordinate with Consultants for customer site visits and/ or system audits
  • Follow up for customer feedback post-support

Sales Admin

You connect the Sales and Customer Service departments to maintain accurate sales records and customers are satisfied. These tasks are primarily administrative-related, but they require you to understand our sales process.

  • Update/ Issue serialisation codes for clients both under/ non-maintenance contracts
  • Remind, renew maintenance contracts
  • Administrative responsibilities include issuing PO, payments, requests for documents, etc.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports

  • Strong phone handling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese in both verbal and written communication
